On Thursday we went to have our first ultrasound. That was super exciting!! I'd watched so many ultrasounds during my final semester of school but this one was SO different. It was OUR baby!!!! Only 1.4 cm long but with a very strong heartbeat - 150 bpm!! It was really cool seeing the heart pumping away but then getting to hear it was even better. That experience really made things "real" for us because I'm still not really having any symptoms and I still look the same. It was absolute proof that something huge is happening! Now I think I can finally stop taking pregnancy tests;)
